Delhi Riots: India Criticized By the UK, Turkey, Iran

Irans supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei slammed India.

Ayatollah Khamenei, supreme leader of Iran slammed India on the violence which took place in Delhi. By using the hashtag “Indian Muslims in danger “and tweeted that the hearts of Muslims around the world are mourning due to the Violence on Muslims.

He further said that the Government of India should stop extremist Hindus and their parties, the destruction of Muslims in India in order to avoid India’s isolation from the world of Islam.

The Ministry of External Affairs of India objected to the statements made by the President of Turkey Tayyip Erdogan and UK Junior Foreign Minister Nigel Adams who commented on the violence on Muslims, MEA stated these comments as Irresponsible.

Iran’s Foreign Minister said the Indian Government not to let senseless violent behavior prevail. The Ministry of External Affairs of India said that they do not expect such comments from Iran.

OIC: Organisation of Islamic cooperation condemn the Delhi Riots

The Organisation of Islamic cooperation condemn the Delhi Riots and said that the destruction of property was done to target Muslims, Later the Ministry of External Affairs urged OIC not to make Irresponsible statements.

OIC condemns Delhi Riots

UK minister of Asia, Nigel Adams said that the violence in Delhi is very concerning and trust that the Indian Government will address the various concerns of people of different religions in India, he further says that we condemn any act of violence against any religion that happens in the world.

MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that the situation in Delhi is back to normal and urged people not to make any irresponsible comments during this sensitive time. India Strongly objects the statements made by Iran, UK and Turkey.
