“Beginning of the End” is what has been stated as India will release its COVID-19 vaccine on 15th August. Many countries have been working on a vaccine as Coronavirus has infected 1.12 Crore people all over the world and more than 5.3 lakh people are dead.

Coronavirus has infected for about 1.2 crore people all over the world and 5.3 lakh people had been dead. The Indian ministry of Science and technology has issued the letter and said that this is the beginning of the end of the Virus.

An estimated 100 Vaccine Candidates have been reported in the world who are working on the vaccine to fight against Coronavirus. Out if they 11 have started human trials. The CDSCO I.e., the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation has agreed to start the human trial. A total number of 6 Companies who belong to India are working on the Vaccine.

COVAXIN and ZyCOV-D, are the two vaccines which belong to India. These two vaccines are among the 11 vaccines which are under human trials. The British and the US manufacturers have signed a production agreement with India as the vaccines which are made in India are regarded as safe for human beings.

A statement has been issued by the ministry that 15th August will be the day when Coronavirus vaccine will be released in India. The two vaccines I.e., COVAXIN is being developed by Bharat Biotech which is in Hyderabad. And ZyCOV-D is being developed by Zydus Cadila. The first vaccine COVAXIN will take 28 days to get completed.

The first trial will take 28 days and the 2nd and 3rd trials are still not declared And after the first trial the vaccines are said to be released on 15th August. At first, it was mentioned that it will take 15 months for the vaccine to be released. India has been among the 4 most hit due to Coronavirus and efforts are being made to release the vaccine soon.
